Terms and conditions. 1. Your contract is with Videoman Productions, based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Unless otherwise agreed by Videoman Productions in writing or email, delivery times are estimates.
2. IN NO EVENT SHALL Videoman Productions BE LIABLE FOR, AND THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY CLAIM FOR, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) LOST DATA, PROGRAMS OR OTHER INFORMATION OR LOST PROFITS.
3. Orders may not be cancelled by the Customer after Videoman has begun processing . You may be able to cancel part orders, and pay for work completed. Please call.
4. When You ask Videoman Productions to duplicate a dvd or cd (data), you agree that:
- The duplication of the Materials will not result in the violation of any local, provincial, state, federal or international laws, or infringe any copyright, right of privacy, trade mark, patent, trade name, performing right.
- The Materials do not contain any offensive materials such as obscene, pornographic, or hate materials);
- You possess the right, power and authority to summit video or data and authorize Videoman Productions to
- duplicate the DVD/cd/Data Information.
5. You agree to indemnify and save harmless Videoman Productions from and against all claims, actions or lawsuits.
6. DVD-R known as (DVD5) can hold two hours of video and exceeding 2 hours will result in playback problems on SOME dvd players. Older DVD players can in some cases have trouble playing short lazer burnt disks. PaymentWe require a deposit of 50% of the order amount. Various methods of payment are available, including credit card payments through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
